Each child is special and inside every one of them, there is a unique gift waiting to be explored. Our job as teachers and parents is to understand their aptitude and help them develop it to maximum potential. We need to pour in our entire attention and dedication into them because, they are irreplaceable hidden gems awaiting to shine.

The one thing children always do is that they copy, the adults. They are not going to follow on our stead if we ourselves don’t set the right course. Advice almost always never helps unless we are willing to act upon them. The respect students have towards teachers who are willing to show them the way will always stand the test of time. And for that, we can be forever grateful to them.

So, let us set shining examples to our kids.
